1. Introduction

2.5 Jurisdiction Restrictions

3. Account Security

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

4.6 Chargeback Policy

Any Player who initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request through their payment provider in connection with a 7edb transaction will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified, the account will be permanently closed and the outstanding amount — together with any investigation costs — will be pursued through available legal channels.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 One Bonus Per Player

Only one welcome or first-deposit bonus may be claimed per Player, per device, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as account suspension.

5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering

While a bonus is active and its wagering requirements have not yet been fulfilled, the maximum permissible bet per round or per game event is ৳500 (or the equivalent stake in the game's minimum unit), unless a specific offer states a different limit. Bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active may, at 7edb's discretion, result in bonus forfeiture and cancellation of associated winnings.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date and time. Any bonus funds, free bet credits, or associated winnings remaining at the point of expiry will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus validity periods within their account dashboard.

5.6 7edb's Right to Withdraw Offers

7edb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have commenced the qualifying wagering activity for an active offer at the time of withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

9. Intellectual Property

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of 7edb.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 7edb

7edb reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, irregular betting patterns, ongoing KYC non-compliance, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

12.2 Termination by 7edb

7edb may permanently close your account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed following investigation. Upon confirmed fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, prohibited tool usage, or money laundering, all funds associated with the account may be forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your 7edb account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be completed or the bonus forfeited.
